Women's scaffolding

Women’s scaffolding is a demanding sport that competes on four scaffolds; in the jump, with multi-level trees, a boom and a main floor. Competitions in women’s scaffolding can be started at the age of 7 and first progress through mandatory competition classes to either the classes of your choice or the national team line.


Currently, the Gymnastics Club in Helsinki has representatives in the BE competition classes. In the future, we will also strive to represent on the national team line.

As a rule, applications for competition groups are made through competition group tests or through the recommendation of one's own instructor. If you are interested in racing teams, feel free to contact us.

Pre-race groups:

The

Pre-race groups train gymnasts under school age. In the pre-race groups, the basic skills of exercise, the skills of working in a group and the basic movements of gymnastics are learned. The groups practice purposefully and aim to compete in the future. However, training also includes play, tracks and fun.

Pre-race groups train 2-3 times a week.

Esikilparyhmä Liljat

Esikilparyhmä 2016-2017 vuosina syntyneille tytöille. Ryhmä harjoittelee voimistelun perustaitoja leikin ja ratojen kautta. Ryhmää täydennetään vielä uusilla jumppareilla.

Marakatit ryhmässä voimistelee 2015-2017 syntyneitä jumppareita. Ryhmä harjoittelee voimistelun perustaitoja leikin ja ratojen kautta.

Competition groups:

The competition groups train purposefully, taking into account the gymnast's age and skill level. In addition to sports training, the exercises of the competition groups include strength and mobility training as well as instructional training.

The competition groups train 3-5 times a week.

The gymnasts mainly train gymnasts born in 2013-2016. The group trains 2-3 times a week. The group practices in the Race Hall and in the brave.
